They guided us through the whole process from beginning to end, gave us ideas on what would/would not work and delivered a website with content that was not only new Web2market have worked with us on our web design, website build and continue to work with us on any updates we make to the site. They have also helped us with our online marketing and social media giving training, advice and guidance all the way. They are a very supportive team and are always there when we need them, nothing Karen and her team are working with us to host, maintain and optimise the website for maximum performance on an ongoing basis. Web2market are ideally placed to do this as specialist digital marketing experts, and (in my opinion) particularly around digital strategy and optimisation through things like SEO, PPC and Analysis. Our website has been managed by web2market since June 2015 it was subject to viruses/malware and they successfully removed them & continue to monitor our website to keep it secure. They provide marketing support which has always exceeded expectations we are exceptionally pleased with the service that they provide and would not hesitate to recommend both their website & marketing services. The web2market team are great to work with. Knowledgeable, responsive and always ready with sound advice – as well as good coffee and biscuits! They take the time to get to the heart of the issue and offer realistic recommendations to genuinely get the best results for clients W2M’s design of our website was everything we’d hoped for. Since setting up the site for us, they have never failed to provide helpful, accessible support & an agile response to our developing needs. There are many companies in the website marketplace, but if you want a fully-rounded professional service don’t go anywhere else… we shan’t.
