I don’t usually write these kinds of reviews…I fundamentally don’t like to mess with people’s ability to make money, however I feel about them. However, I felt quite strongly that other therapists or counsellors thinking of using this service, should be able to make an informed decision. My hope is that this will be helpful to consumers and we are marketable. My experience was that the agreement stage of things was quite unclear. I wasn’t provided with a contract or t & c’s. While I would not recommend this service to other therapist’s (I cannot speak for other sectors) if you decide to go ahead, I strongly advise you to request a written agreement that requires all signatures. I felt completely hijacked at the conclusion of the process when a financial request was made from me that was not grounded in a clear prior written agreement. I paid it to close the matter, though it should not have been requested. I asked for the t and c’s in writing, this was neither referred to, or provided. I also suggest that you request all your google ads log in’s and that you be set as an admin…correctly. I received an inappropriate and unprofessional email when I expressed that I wanted to leave this service. In fairness, I did receive an apology. However, I still wasn’t asked or invited to discuss what this issue was, which is what the main problem was…this service does not listen and it’s impossible to raise issues and concerns with someone who just doesn’t listen. Much work needs to be done around customer relationship management. Having left for a new and different marketing service, I can now see more clearly what was missing from we are marketable. In my new service I have two people I work with, with a specialist healthcare marketing background. I can meet face-to-face or virtually regularly, and I know when and how I can contact them if I have concern and they respond promptly fully and clearly. I know who covers what, there were clear t and c's given talked through prior and signed. There was an opening strategy meeting so they could get to know about my service, they asked lots of questions, and overall I feel listened too and am starting to build trust and confidence in them. These things are missing from we are marketable, and, if they get this bit right, it will be a significant step in the right direction.
