“From the very beginning, we were impressed by the Splitpixel team. They took time to engage with our very specific needs which were not only a vibrant new website but also a booking and ticket integration system which would cope with a busy five day programme of over 70 events in 8 different locations. Throughout the creation process the team at Splitpixel were clear and responsive giving us confidence in their ability to create something entirely new for us now and into the future. We are absolutely delighted with the new Budlitfest website and the increased ticket sales for this year’s festival and would recommend Splitpixel wholeheartedly.” When it comes to doing business online, trust is everything. That’s why there are plenty of user-generated review websites out there to help build trust through a third-party, verified source. But do they work? And how can you use them on your own site?

Absolute dream of a web team to work with! Even with the time difference, the SplitPixel team was readily available to answer any and all questions. They brought our vision to life with a fresh, colorful website that we absolutely love, and so do our patrons. Even after launch, the SplitPixel team is always only an email away for any questions or glitch fixes. Highly recommend.

We have been working with Ash at Splitpixel since 2021. Ash is responsive, helpful and always goes above and beyond to help us. He takes the time to ensure everything they are working on is understood from a technical aspect and always takes extra time to answer questions and walk through any queries we have as a marketing team. I would really recommend Splitpixel and I look forward to continue working with Ash and the team.

We moved to Split Pixel as our web developers after a bad experience with another company. We had a website with Spektrix integration which had been poorly built and managed so we were in need of some help. Greg and Split Pixel were recommended to us by Spektrix and were one of three agencies we had conversations with. Managing and maintaining a website you didn't built isn't what makes web developers get out of bed in the morning but Greg was very willing to 'take us on'. Him and his team are friendly, approachable, understanding and, most importantly, very responsive. They fix problems not of their doing and maintain a website they didn't build - so for us they are brilliant. Thanks to the whole team but specifically Greg, Charlie and Ash :-)

What we most like about working with Split Pixel is how approachable and down to earth they are. They use very little technical jargon unless it is necessary; Split Pixel have a good sense of who they are talking to and using the right words to make themselves understood! They are collaborative and can follow a brief, but they are not afraid to make suggestions to do things in a different way, or tell us if our idea could be improved by doing something different. We went to them with an existing website which had a few issues, and they have helped us to improve the customer journey on the site, introduce a CRM into the back end, fix a bunch of API issues and ensure everything is up to date and working as it should. A very grounded tech company, if that's not too much of an oxymoron.
