Branding and aesthetics are important so when I shared what I wanted with Sentio they delivered.  Within a few days of communicating my needs, I had samples sent to me that I could trial what my labels would look like on the product.  Along the way we encountered a hiccup, however, Joanna Harwood - Marketing Manager did not rest until everything was ironed out keeping me updated with any changes that took place.  I am extremely pleased with the customer care I received and will be returning to Sentio for other forms of printing and publications as my small business grows. I would like to say a massive thank you to Joanna and her team for delivering.   My luxury soy wax candle business is doing great having only launched last month. Customers have continuously commented on how elegant, professional and aesthetically pleasing the labels are. I look forward to doing business with Sentio in the future.
