I was swayed by the great reviews to make initial contact and from my first conversation with Dayle I knew I'd made the right choice. He helped me in my negotiations terminating my contract with my original website hosting company (thanks!) and then made the changes I requested in a very timely fashion. I've been coached by Dayle in the last 2 months and he's helped me to make my own adjustments to images and text which has dramatically improved my page load speeds.
