Helped me with graphics design for my logo and website design & support. As a new business my online presence was lacking Neon9 quickly implemented a fix for that. My experience of dealing with Neon9 has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING! I'm the owner of a small service based business. Because of having some IT skills, I created my own web site using a well known (Do it yourself, with templates) option. It looked OK to be honest, but it wasn't generating many leads and it ran very slowly on mobile devices, even though it was supposed to to be optimised for mobiles. The first thing that impressed me about Neon9 was their genuine desire to understand what was important to me and why. What I was trying to achieve and why. This wasn't a technical discussion it was very much focussed on my business and how I wanted to improve it. Following the initial consultation, I was given a few options to choose from which clearly stated the relative merits of each. This was the second thing I really liked. There was no pressure to choose a particular option. It was totally up to me to decide what was best from a list of valid choices. The third thing I liked was the fact that they did benchmarks before and after, showing how performance had improved. They didn't need to tell me how much lead generation had improved. That was blatantly obvious! I was (and still am) getting about five times as many enquiries every month as I was before. I was on the 3rd or 4th page of results before, and I am now consistently on the 1st page and often number 1 for my area. Finally, I know I could have paid less to have my website re-written but the way I view it, the process has cost me nothing. I have quickly seen a return on my investment which is many times more than the cost. Also, it's the gift that keeps on giving, because for a small fee my website is being maintained so that the performance remains constant and the business remains high on web searches. I think it's fair to say that I am a very, very satisfied customer!
