She is really encouraging and never pushy (although sometimes some of us ADHD business owners need a bit of pushing to stay on track!). Don't hesitate to approach Mits, a nicer business partner you can't find!

When you come across Mits Griffin as a web designer, you might be fooled by her understated shy manner and think she's like any other web developer out there. But beneath the modest introverted exterior lies a genius with a beast of creativity, bringing your thoughts and preferences to the page, with such panache that you didn't think was possible. If there was a 7-star rating on Google such as the Hotel burj-al-arab originated, Mits would receive that, bringing subtlety where needed, balance, and Pzazz where needed to your webpages for your customers to get a taste of You!

Working with Mits has been a breath of fresh air. I absolutely adore that priviledge. She brings so much to the table while working at the strategic level. As a PM (Project Manager), I’ve found the benefits of working with an Intrapreneur as it expediates the project management process. From my perspective, her intrapreneurial viewpoint helps me to fully understand our Founder’s vision allowing me to focus on the translation from big picture to details required for the team. There is such an art to the way she’s able to simplify complex things. I love the way she is able to immediately translate ideas that are still being formulated into a simple visual concept. Mits was fantastic to work with. I had seen other challenges but never run one, had no idea where or how to start. She walked me through everything with helpful pdfs, follow-up emails and face-time every step of the way. Her process was simple, clear and effective. Furthermore, she went above and beyond all my expectations. We also got my challenge done in three and a half weeks...! Usually it takes months to a year so you'll have plenty of time. Mits was amazing at incorporating what I already had and helping develop new material. It was a lot of hard work but super fun. As a result of the challenge, I was able to launch my group coaching. I am looking forward to working on my second challenge with Mits soon. On a personal level, I found Mits to be exceptionally adaptable to how I work and we were able to quickly establish a great rapport and work style.
