Kayla was fantastic, very quick to reply to my initial enquiry, very clear with explaining the process and answering questions. I love how she revamped the text on the main pages for my website, it definitely sounds like me but with so much energy and really capturing how I want to sell myself and my company! Kayla was absolutely amazing to work with, she made the whole process so easy. She put together a few pages of site copy for me and I am beyond impressed, it was detailed and concise (both things I struggle with when writing myself), I could tell she'd really listened to my notes and captued my voice perfectly. Everything was SEO optimised and she gave me so much more extra detail in the final document than I was expecting, such as keyword prompts for alt tags and even file name suggestions! I'm blown away and couldn't recommend her more highly.

Kayla managed my instagram and Facebook whilst I went travelling for 7 weeks. She was amazing from start to finish! She gave me the peace of mind and the ability to be able to switch off whilst I was away, knowing that my social media channels were still running as a key strategy to source clients. She adapted to my brand in regards to tone of voice and her approach which was really important to me. Kayla was always there if I had any questions, nothing was too much to ask. I loved that I could preview the content that she had scheduled (not that I needed to!) but it was nice feature to see what was coming up. I would 100% recommend and consider Kayla again in the future.

Her work really does what it says and gets your ranked on Google! on top of that she's been so helpful with all of my questions, making sure I really understand things and implement the blogs right too!
