I have had such bad experiences with several different companies selling and hosting my domains, telling me that I will own them outright for life and then charging me literally hundreds of pounds at renewal! So having completely lost faith in the honesty of these companies I was somewhat reluctant to put faith in a new startup. But I 'm glad I did! Jake Thompson operates with real integrity and has done more that he said he would! He regularly saves me money on domains and hosting and has designed a great website for me, at a reasonable price, which ranks at No1 on google. I have at last found someone I can trust. I couldn't ask for more.

This company has shown a great insight into our business, and has done their uptmost to keep us connected via the web with our customers (both old and new). Jake has been especially helpful, and gives us great service, aswell as a great price without over-whelming us with products. Documents are always sent out on time, and a friendly service is always provided. We intend to keep using this service for the forseeable future.

DO NOT USE! A website was made for me and the the whole procedure was just stress and problems. When he finally said it was completed, nothing worked. I then showed him the errors by email, phone calls and text which took him over 6 weeks to respond to. When failing to rectify the errors he was aware of, he continued to be rude and non compliant. I then decided it was to much stress, for me to continue trying to work with him to have a functioning website as he didn’t have the skills to accomplish this. He kept my money for a website what was inadequate, I continued to express this to him where I realised he Was Ill mannered. I moved on from this and this is where I found months later he had kept my bank details and then decided he would take VAT for a website that was inactive. Money was taken from my account which was unauthorised and when I questioned him about this he was extremely rude and wouldn’t talk any further. My bank had to go down the fraudulent path for me to just gain just the VAT back, so I am still at a loss for the overall cost of a website that is inactive and not online. Please at any cost don’t use this company if your hoping for a professional service.
