immense. I have no hesitation in recommending him as a practitioner and for the valuable training that he offers on line. Regrettably however trying to convince other leaseholders, directors and freeholders of the correct approach is not so simple and even with the necessary knowledge there is not always a simple solution to a problem.Monday 17th October 2022

Morris Sedgewick5 StarFrom what I've seen and heard, Bernie advises and charges Freeholders on the best practice to extract as much money as is legally possible from Leaseholders. Then offers advice to Leaseholders for a fee to explain they are unfortunately bound by the terms of the lease he probably created.
2 hats Bernie is a term I often hear when his name crops up.
