In 2021 we launched Ecrucademy, an obligatory every-Friday session for the whole team, guided by our Head of Innovations. With topics ranging from the philosophy of marketing to cult theory and the PR playbook, it’s our chance to skip forward in generational excellence. Spending these 52 hours a year together, in an open space of exploration, is one of many ways that we give foundation to our ambition.

The team are invited to be assertive when backed by experience. From intern to Founder, we follow an educational journey that picks up where the demands of task fulfilment would otherwise tempt us into resting. We’re never done.
