I am so incredibly heartbroken to write this as I had very high hopes for this company, they promised they would look after me however it was quite the opposite. Upon discovery call I spoke about seo and said I would need google ads alongside because I couldn’t wait 3 months without an ROI, they advertise there business to be marketing without the marketing price tag, I explained fully my financial situation and was told in the call they would do all they could to generate business, I signed up and said I’m putting a lot of trust in you so please don’t let me down. This was agreed by Daniella however I was consistently told in fact to be exact 7 times that they don’t have enough hours to work my account but wasted time on social media posts I never asked for and a press release that took over a month I didn’t ask for! So hours clearly could’ve been spent on what would give me at least 1 booking a month to help pay this crazy fee for a very small business They also said I need to re jig my website and have a clearer call to action which I agreed to and had to pay further fees to my website designer they didn’t start the google ads until week 4 and I specifically said I needed ROI right away, there comeback was it took us a month to get logins!! Never Had that issue before and they could’ve found a way to do the ads and sort later (i was not informed until a full month had passed they hadn’t started) I was 2 months in with absolutely NO ROI not even a single booking (before the ads started I had a steady stream of a bookings in fact I thought they’d gone live month 1 because I had 10 in one day) turns out that was what I was doing before they took over working!!! so I was Left with no option but to pause the Seo as I’d already forked out 1700 I updated them regularly saying this was an issue to get the response of google ads take at least 3 months to work (this is not true AT ALL)!!! And then they come back saying my website wasn’t optimised for leads (which is what I paid my designer to do) and they liased with him as to what was required!! This company have failed me finically and I was so straight honest and upfront with my budget and situation im an a sole trader and it clearly appears they are only for bigger businesses as the owner got extremely excited telling me they’d just signed up a Big client, good for them however I have just LOST £1700 of my hard earned cash and I am devastated as I trusted them! There attitude when I gave feedback was just too much trying to blame me constantly when it was indeed them who did not do as I requested and concentrate on what would churn in business faster. I never ever write review like this but I feel it is necessary as I do not wish this to happen to anyone who may be in a similar situation and loses so much money, I am disturbed that companies like this exist and don’t give a damn about the customer once they have there money! They failed to really get to know my business my turnover etc which is crucial in f you really want to help a business and not out there head under water!!! Also the way I was spoken to was outrageous They have the utter cheek to tell me I still owe them money!!! I think they should be offering me mine back This has been a terrible experience daniella seemed so lovely and caring aswell and that’s what made it stick more in my throat as I really trusted her and thought she was a professional however her attitude once she had me in account was completely different, so many empty promises made and no results seen by me for my business 💔

I highly recommend this wonderfully creative agency. If I could give 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ then I would! I commissioned a website for my new business, a newly renovated seaside holiday let, plus Facebook page and logo design. Anyone considering this agency please look no further, you can totally have confidence that this agency will bring your vision to life and your business will have the very best chance of flourishing and growing with a website from this amazing agency. I've seen a huge increase in website traffic in only two weeks, which is beyond my expectations! I now feel confident that I can move my business forward and will have no hesitation in using their services in the future. I cannot recommend them enough.
