So, our old website didn't really hit the mark, it had everything we needed to make us look the part but rarely brought any contact in terms of customers or inquiries to us. We decided to revamp and modernize the entire business package as a whole. Starting with a fresh set of eyes and a brand new POV, we set out our brand market and targeted specific details to draw people in through segmented marketing. A solid website/platform was always there, and was something in which we were lacking, so we began to look around at our options and draw up different ideas within the business. Eventually we decided on one, and got a brand spanking new website built and ready to use on our end. So far in the time I have been here, consistently marketing items, with the website's link in the text somewhere, we have seen a moderate to excellent increase of inquiries and online presence. Through channeling social media platforms and essentially harboring them into one specifically designated target, IE the website in this case, The impact has been strong, through customers now using the website to get further information and get in contact with staff here at Fox, and the conversion rate of View to Contact is significantly higher and consistently at a point where I am happy to call is successful at this point in time. We now can push forward with a professional looking, but informative website containing everything customers need to know, and project this out to others, possibly bigger clients or more far-fetched clients in other parts of the country. I personally am very pleased with the website myself as it brings a professional edge feel and carries the connotation of reliability and no-nonsense print with it.
