Design thinking is a process for solving problems by prioritising the consumer’s needs above all else. It relies on observing, with empathy, how people interact with their environments, and employs an iterative, hands-on approach to solving problems. We use design thinking as it’s the only methodology to creating truly customer-centric solutions. Agile development isn’t new. Like us, it’s been around for over two decades now. The problem with this is that success is dependent on markets’ stability and status quo – and we all know the world is unpredictable. Active strategy is a framework we use so you make constant progress towards your business goals. The team at Distinction are very smart cookies. They led this project from the start, putting the customer experience front and centre whilst balancing all the complex technical requirements behind the scenes. Overall, below average. The website design, the ability of Distinction to create a work-flow that works....I would apply 5 stars. However..... The project was completed a full 12 months behind schedule Distinction had such a high turnover of staff that we seemed to always be starting again They completely messed up on a major additional project, and when I say completely I mean completely! They receive feedback subjectively, not objectively I would actually argue that they caused my business 5 years of considerable pain due to the above. Oh, many of the 5* reviews on here on from their own employees, so read in to that what you will! Shame!
