Having found out that one of our Company Logos had been copied and used on a social media site to represent another Company in India, Chris gave me exact advice on why/how this happens and how to deal with getting the clone logo removed. Following Chris's guidance I contacted the Company that the social media links were being directed to and they immediately replied stating they knew nothing about this and that they had requested the marketing agency cloning us and representing them to remove all associations to our Logo.
