Creative are a fantastic outfit. I have used them for years now and unusually for their industry they are both highly responsive and fast. Thus no wasted hours awaiting emails/calls back and so on. Having had some bad and expensive companies in the past it is great to have found an excellent one at last. Kiefer looks after my accounts and is brilliant and Paul is honest and extremely hard working at the helm.

I am probably the most sceptical of customers, especially when it comes to SEO companies and the like, there are so many fakes out there! Creative Horizons are completely the opposite. From the first phone call with Paul and all the follow up with Kiefer it has been nothing but professional and friendly. The results have been outstanding as well, they have delivered on everything they have promised and even beaten the goals we set together. I am impressed and really satisfied with the work they have done. Really pleased to have finally found a good SEO company to work with, there's not many around!

Absolutely appalling, took my money month by month for SEO work, that took my website backwards. After a year Paul admitted he was not doing any SEO work and was still taking my money. Some of the money has been refunded (for the time period that I can prove). I am now having work done to look at what had been done in total and it looks very likely I will need to go through the small claims court to recover the rest. Based on my experience I would 100% avoid. I have just read your response, you did not cancel my agreement, I cancelled it as no work was being done by you and or your staff. I was not abusive to your staff, the only person I spoke with was you!!
