The team did an excellent job in creating a new website for my research group. They listened carefully to my initial proposal and were highly responsive to my needs. They were creative, prompt, and gave attentive to small details. They have responded quickly to any queries. I am by no means technically proficient, but they have given such excellent guidance in the use of Wordpress, I feel sufficiently confident to run my own site. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

When The Laurence Sterne Trust needed a new website we looked no further than Castlegate IT who had looked after our old site and came highly recommended by other organisations like us. They took us back to basics - what the site was for and how should it be structured for the user - and then eased us through the design process. It was a collaborative experience between us and Castlegate with many versions and iterations before we all agreed that it looked and felt right. Everyone on the C IT Team was helpful and supportive and able to translate some of our woolly thinking into technical solutions. We were nudged along but never pressured. We asked a lot of Castlegate but they delivered above and beyond. We are delighted with the site and so are our users. Huge thank you to all the team. Castlegate IT turned a very complex project to launch two new websites into something manageable, organised and easy. They helped us to challenge how we were using our websites and as a result we have two sites that look good, function well and do exactly what we need them to do. If you want a web developer who has vision, is supportive, has great design ideas, and can find the perfect solution for any problem - then this is the organisation for you.
