I contacted Caroline at Alba as Google had randomly taken down nearly 150 Reviews for a small business I own in Edinburgh. I was pretty sceptical getting them back as I had tried a couple different avenues previously and had no luck. Within about 2 weeks off her doing some investigation and getting in contact with the right people, I eventually got my Reviews back up! Over the moon to say the least.
