My experience with Adult Creative was a very mixed one. While the design portion of the project was impeccable things seemingly went sideways when the project went to the development team. My project was delivered almost 6 months late and required an extensive amount of cleanup before we could go live due to most of the programming seemingly being outsourced to another company in India. I do now have a functioning and beautifully designed product that looks great on the front end and the support from our project manager was magnificent. However, there is still a large amount of work my staff and I will need to complete in order to get the platform to where I had envisioned it would be at delivery. I think that if the development was brought in-house and led with the same knowledge and passion as their design team then I truly believe this would have been a five-star review.

UNPROFESSIONAL - AVOID. Paid £12,000 out of a £36,000 project and they only showed us SOME CODE because we'd asked them several times to show us progress. No regular updates, zero communication, massive delays, and then said they need more money in order for them to continue. Matt Black, the CEO, is a totally passive aggressive and unprofessional. A real lack of communication internally too. Managed to get 50% back through our solicitors, and even their solicitor was totally unprofessional, rude and defensive. Absolutely appalling. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Update - Adult Creative have now threatened £25,000 legal action against us... for leaving an honest review of their services.

Super team! Fast service and very responsive. When I have a question, there is always an immediate answer and a solution is sought whenever needed ( even after office hours ). Matt and his team are very professional and a pleasure to work with. We will create more projects together soon!
