We had our website recreated by the people at Absolute and it has led to an increase in our business. Luke managed the designing and building of the site and he helped us through every step of the process. He provided a great deal of advice and came up with an excellent solution to a major problem that we’d previously been grappling with on our old website. I think they are a very professional company who obviously have a lot of experience and know what they are doing. After sales support has also been top notch. They were personally recommended to me and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

Sales pitch felt a bit 'too good' usually over promise and under deliver but we have been with Absolute since January 2019 and their service has been fantastic. Luke and Andy have responded quickly to any requests and made changes as and when required. About half the price of our previous website provider too which is nice.

Not a good experience with this company. My advice is to go elsewhere. Looking at other reviews online other people have had the same bad experience. do some research. Added to review: I posted a more detailed review elsewhere and this company have went beyond trying to get my reviews removed and me silenced. I cannot believe how petulant and unprofessional this company and the staff were. Their payment gateway did not work correctly, we lost thousands of pounds of orders and when Catherine (my partner) stepped aside they tried to charge me all over again for work they had already done. In my opinion I feel I was being conned. I didn't give them the opportunity. I went elsewhere.

Having used the services of off the shelf e-commerce package suppliers for many years I became used to the restrictions and shortfalls that such packages offered. This was frustrating but I thought that tight budgets meant compromising quality. When the time came for an update I decided to change provider and moved to Absolute. What a refreshing difference it has made. These guys want to work with you. They interact and develop your website to suit your requirements. They actually talk on the phone with you and take an active interest in your project. Nothing is too much trouble. They are world away from any providers I have used in the past for all the right reasons. I can’t recommend them enough and only wish I had found them years ago.
