During the hour, we created a brand new motif for my business that was completely aligned with me and my business.
As I had spent half of my life in the hospitality industry, fun customer service had been engrained in me but I felt like my website / systems design business was a bit too serious... By introducing a cocktail motif, I have been able to get super clear on my messaging and stand out from the crowd. It has made content creation, copy writing and creating my offer suite SO much easier too.
